I spent all morning looking to fix the agitator on my old GE washer. My first stop was at the local appliance store and the well-meaning associates were young college students who wanted to charge me an arm and a leg while I felt that they did not understand what I needed from their store. Eventually we all got on the same page and they told me they didn't have the part that I needed and that it would be better if they sent their repair guy to charge me $60/hr only to then tell me what I needed, even though I already knew what it was I needed. They gave me the number of the part I needed and I left to find it elsewhere.
I called Nick's Appliance and after I told Nick what my problem was he told me exactly what I needed (the same part I had been looking for from the very start) and $14 later I am doing laundry again. Very satisfied with how quick Nick was able to help me and how at ease I felt at his store.
