My uncle was ripping off my grandmothers estate before she passed and my mother was trying to inforce the terms in the trust that sims wrote for her. My mother was executor and sims took a retainer from my uncle and turned my mother away saying it was a conflict because my uncle gave him retainer. Needless to say my grandmother was ripped off in her final days.thanks for nothing i would rate this guy as terrible and unethical
