My grandmother lived there for only a few months. Extra services like incontinent care ($475) were being paid for. They would change her and put her in dry pants, but would sit her back down in a soaking wet chair. Or when it was at night they would take the sheet off and put her back in bed on her plastic mattress cover instead of putting on the clean sheet sitting on the dresser. Once my mother wanted some assistance in changing her. She hit the call button, 10 min later no one came, so she hit the button again and waited another 10 min. Finally she pulled the emergency cord. 20 min went by and still NO ONE showed up. My mom then called the front desk and 10 min later a lady showed up very upset, stating she had been called off her break. Don't leave your family members here.
