Review content:
When you work with any public service it is difficult at best to please everyone 100% of the time. Food is of course by taste buds themselves. As an person of general finicky tastes, some meals work for me and some do not. It is all preference. As for the treatment of residents, if it is not someone of your family it is not always what it seems to be. When you are working with seniors with multi-faceted needs, we as care givers do try our best to provide appropriate care and support for the resident needs as possible. When specifically working with a resident with cognitive impairment, it takes patience and determination to still provide the care, whether it means: try, walk away, come back and try again. I do agree, folks need to educate themselves on what is out there. Hearthstone really is a great place to work and to live and the staff are there to provide the best care.
