I have never written a negative review before; but the horrible "service" and dishonesty of Westside parts compels me to do so.\r

I would never recommend this company to anyone after the way I was treated by one of their technician's and especially after the manager's lack of concern when I had filed a complaint regarding the technicians unprofessional manner. The technician who came out twice to fix the same problem was not only incompetent but also rude, abrasive, and seemed annoyed by the simplest questions. Levi was the specific technician that came out during the service visit to have my new Whirpool washing machine repaired. He didn't listen to me when I spoke. He had extremely poor customer service skills, a rude demeanor and what we thought was most odd was that he didn't even know how the unit should function. Come on now... a repair man who doesn't even know how a washing machine rinses when its functioning properly. \r
