First of all the selection SUCKS. And the prices are pretty lame as well. I can't really express enough displeasure with this place.
Really the bottom line is that this place isn't intended for real musicians. It's where people who aren't sure what they are doing or where to go, go to get either ripped off, sold some cheap made in ethiopia brand that no one has ever even heard of, or get a highly mediocre price on something that you could have gotten for less somewhere better.
You can find some ok deals here and there. IF IT'S BROKEN...Or has been rented and used by who knows how many other people. But even then I wouldn't count on it.
The staff really doesn't care one way or the other most of the time. They communicate back and forth only when you're out of ear shot or they are in a different room which I personally find highly aggravating and disrespectful.
And the process you have to go through to rent something is just simply put, not at all worth it.
