I had 2 water heaters that I needed replaced. I called Neerings Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Heating to do just that. They talked me out of getting 2 more of the same water heaters that I had and talked me into one fast recovery water heater instead. They said this new one would be just as fast as the 2 I had. Well, it didn't work out that way. After about a week they had to come out because it was already giving me problems. It became extremely costly for this new water heater and now the water doesn't get as hot as I would like it. They really need to listen to their customers and what they want. The guys were very nice and all but they weren't willing to just give me what I asked for. So, after spending $7000, I still don't have what I wanted. They should have just given me what I originally asked for, 2 of the same water heaters I had before. I think they should be more accommodating instead of pushing products onto the customers that they really didn't want.
