Review content:
We always had a sump pump that ran and water in the well even if it didn't rain. I had noticed a crack in my foundation and called EverDry for a quote. After a thorough inspection of the basement, it was found to be very damp and have mold. The process to fix was explained to us and we decided to go with EverDry waterproofing.
The work was completed in 2 days and the men working were very helpful and open to many questions. The cracks in the foundation were fixed and all the drain tile was replaced in the basement and outside of the house.
The company installed an EasyBreathe ventilation system which runs very silently and pulls out moisture and smells, so we do not need a dehumidifier any more.
We now have peace of mind when it rains that the basement will stay dry. One of the best features, besides the EasyBreathe, is that the work is transferable to new owners when the home is sold. We are very satisfied with the work EverDry waterproofing has done
