Another knock it outta the park experience. Our shower backed up into our downstairs toilet causing it to flood.
After we stopped the river flow, a quick call to DB's and owner Dave answers and gives us a few instructions to tide us over until Tommy could make it out. He promised that Rachel would call us in the morning (this happened on a Sunday afternoon) to set up our appointment and by Monday afternoon, we were right as rain.
Then he was off to our fix neighbor whom I'd previously referred to him.
Personal service means a lot to me. I'm an educated and very picky consumer. DB's Plumbing consistently meets my high expectations.
