Review content:
The work by BF was top notch and the staff excellent. Even though the cost was quite a shock and the lack of insurance help a punch to the gut, I feel strongly that the work was handled by true professionals. However, I was promised by the staff to be reimbursed for the cost of reinstalling the toilet that couldn't actually be reset as it was never installed correctly by a former owner. I also was promised paperwork would be provided to show the 20 year guarantee of work that was given to me verbally. I have attempted via emails to office staff to have this resolved 7 times since September 2016 and still have not received the guarantee or the refund of $366 dollars.
