I am writing this letter of commendation relative to two service calls at my home (one on May 29, May 24, 2016 and Jan. 10, 2017) made by Mr. Stephen Mathews.
I was very impressed with Mr. Mathews. He was pleasant and personable. He was at all times courteous. His demeanor was professional. He took the time to investigate my issue thoroughly, which resulted in the alleviation of my concerns. He also took the time to explain what he was doing and why. He also advised me as to what I might expect to encounter in the future relative to my aging furnace and air conditioner, and what it would cost to repair.
He was very respectful of my home in every way. He is totally "honest."
I have had a lot of service calls in the past six years since moving into my current home. Mr. Mathews stands out as the best technician I have encountered.
I will not hesitate to recommend Fulton Plumbing Heating & Air to anyone.
