On a Friday,I received a referral to DB's by a local, long-established plumbing company that we rely on but which couldn't send someone to unstop our basement drain until Monday. The DB shop manager (Zack) was very responsive and said they could have someone to our house in five hours. The plumber (Tommy) arrived on time, was very courteous, and let me know the exact prices of the options, depending on what he did and found. Tommy worked very hard clearing a plug, which plug impressed even him. Tommy cleaned up the significant mess after the job, charged me the quoted price, ensured we received our military discount, and even gave me some advice to decrease the chances of the issue happening again. DB's Plumbing and Drain will be my go-to company in the future. They have my unqualified recommendation.
