Lance was very professional and thorough in explaining me all the options for tinting available. He was the one who did the job and it was excellent ! He did advice a standard 3-5 days no wash/use of windows (which I thankfully adhered too) and post exactly 3 days after the film cured - there were absolutely no bubbles or peel offs (I went with the Madico films which came with lifetime warranty). Before Moonshadow I did researched and visited a couple of shops but the somehow there was no confidence in the guys - and the fact that they were not being transparent is one big issue! I was almost being duped by one local shop who was tooting that he is going to use a Sungard Shadow series film but got caught red-handed using a Sungard GT series (lower quality/price). Moonshadow on the other hand scored well in being transparent and open in letting customers know what they are getting, not just over the counter but when they do the installations as well on your car. There is a legit/genuine paper work with the warranty and bill for the job. I definitely and highly recommend Lance/Moonshadow if you want a good job done with Tinting while with absolutely NO hidden cost and definitely NO goofed up talks/lies - Pure solid true value for the bucks is what I associate Moonshadow with!
