Review content:
I have used this company for heating and air for at least six times. I even replaced one of my two units, and purchased a system for a little over $6000. The heating and air people are great. I have had them out for plumbing issues three times. All were very bad. The first time I had a clogged drain in my kitchen. They unclogged it, but in less than a week it was clogged again. They came back out, I had called and was assured that if it was the same problem, there would be no charge. It was the same problem, and the guy wanted to charge me again until I mentioned I had discussed it. Two weeks later it clogged. This time I called rotor rooter. They came out and unclogged it, and that was six months ago, and it has remained unclogged. The last time I called and said the new unit upstairs was leaking water, and it was running down the wall and into the garage. They sent a air con person. he apologized, and said I would need a plumber, so they called to have one sent out. The plumber showed up took him 30 minutes to fix, then sat down and made himself at home and talked for 20 minutes trying to up-sell me. I said I wasn't interested. He gave me a bill for $199.00 dollars for 30 minutes of work. I paid it, but will probably never use this company again, at least never for plumbing. $199.00 dollars for 30 minutes is absurd!
