Chris was very personable and skilled at managing the time it took to do multiple repairs throughout my home, including replacing two water heaters. I received an honest explanation of the needed repairs with options that were totally my choice to make; no pressure. And I knew exactly what I would be paying for up front, before the work began. As the work progressed, I appreciated Chris's attention to extra details that insured the repairs were done right and would offset future problems. He certainly took pride in his work and established my trust in calling Abacus for future needs.
