I cannot say enough about the job ARS Rescue Rooter Orlando has done for me. They installed both of my systems 3 years ago and have done a fantastic job maintaining them ever since.\r

My current Service technician, Travis Passmore, is without a doubt the absolute best Service Technician I've had the pleasure to work with. To accommodate my work schedule he came out at 7:00pm to perform the semi-annual maintenance on both of my HVAC systems. It was raining for almost the entire 2-3 hours he serviced the machines. He did not finish up until after 9:00pm but took his time, did not rush as he did his job to standard, not to time. He is without a doubt a HUGE asset to ARS and it is knowledgeable, dedicated, and hard working people like Travis that will make a lifelong ARS customer. I cannot express how completely satisfied I am with his knowledge and professionalism. He meticulously went through both systems and anything he felt was not EXACTLY right, he took the time to explain what was happening with it and then recommended what actions needed to be taken, thereby making sure everything was done RIGHT! \r

I would 100% strongly recommend Travis and ARS to anyone who wants the job done right the first time with the utmost knowledge, dedication, and professionalism to service. Keep Travis as long as you can because he makes your company better!
