As a woman, I've always been leery of taking my car to a mechanic. I don't know anything about cars, so I'm an easy target for a rip off. The guys at USA Express have always given me great service and have never tried to talk me into unneccessary repairs. A few years back I had asked them to take a look at my brakes during a full-service oil change because they were making a squeaking noise. They could have told me I needed to replace my brakes, and I would have done it. Instead, they said I had plenty of brake pad and it was probably just dust on the rotor. When I have needed multiple repairs that have become a little costly, they've told me what could wait a little while and what I should fix right away. They even hooked me up on some of the cheaper services (i.e. free oil change, some free labor). Very cool guys and always do good work. They've even been nice enough to give me a ride to work when I've been crunched for time. I won't go anyplace else!
