I reported a leaking pipe on Saturday, January 10th, however the area was snowed in and Superior was not dispatching anyone due to hazardous road conditions. I was advised if the leak worsened to call immediately. I received a phone call at 7:14am on Monday, January 12th advising my plummer was on his way. Jason Hendricks has been to my house previously and I feel as though I have my own personal plummer. He is always informative and provides options for remedying the situation. This was not an emergency situation. The leak was slow and handled with a bucket until Superior was able to come out. I have always been pleased with Superior's service.
