I own a few rentals and when I needed to look for roofers I called about 10 and AA Rite-Way Roofing was the best BY FAR! I was referred to them through a previous affiliate and have always been so impressed with them. They come out and make things short and sweet and then leave the decision up to me. In fact, I had to put some repairs on hold and they never once rushed me at all. I really appreciated that. Another thing that really stands out to me is their warranty. They offered me the top warranty GAF had and didn't need me to choose between 5 or 6 options. They just told me that they know the quality work they do and would absolutely back it up no problem. That really sold me. I was able to be confident and could just relax and crochet. They make it so easy to work with. Steve even made a quick stop by once to do a easy fix on the roof jacks - it was so easy he left it off the books. That's how above and beyond they go. I would, and do, recommend them to anyone and everyone!!
