I've been a long time resident of Simi valley. But lately things have changed at Dr Ron's. As far as customer service goes they don't have a clue. They have a Very rude staff but I must say not all of them are rude but honestly it just depends on which day you go there. Either way I'd rather not take a chance anymore. From now on I'll go to a vet that cares and isn't just about money. It's sad to have to leave them because of there poor staff. Maybe if the kept the few good people there and hired some more properly trained staff they might be able to show they care but until then. It's all down him
