I recently had Az chimney sweep come to my house to perform a chimney sweep to get ready for this winters fire season. From the moment i opened my front door to the moment Mike left, i was extremely impressed. Mike showed up 5 min early and patiently waited in his service van until the exact min the appointment started. Mike was very professional, clean, and honest. He immediately put down a giant black blanket to protect my floor and surrounding area around the fireplace. My family and i were just sitting down for breakfast when he began cleaning. I was a bit worried due to the mess soot makes and how easy it gets into the air. Mike used a very impressive vacuum that 100% contained every bit of soot and didn't allow any to exit the fireplace and made it able for my family to eat with no interruptions or soot particles getting into our food. Mike worked his $@!#% off to make my fireplace look brand new. He performed a visual inspection and informed me all was in great working order. He explained to me that i was missing my spark arrester and gave me two options and pricing. Never once did he try and make me feel like i need to make a decision right then or force the issue. I was very pleased with Mike's service and was totally ok with giving him my hard earned money. I will absolutely recommend Az chimney sweep to anyone. AZ chimney sweep has a new costumer for life. What a relief it is to find a company that is honest, reliable and treats your house like it was their own. Stellar job Mike!!
I was not paid for this review nor did i receive any "extra's". This review was solely based on my personal experience with Az chimney sweep.
