Review content:
At our first visit there we thought it was nice that the receptionist immediately started petting our cat. Until our cat developed an upper respiratory infection 1-2 days later. The only other time she had one of those was when we first got her from the pound. Of course the vet was more than happy to prescribe an eye gel for the infection. The annual visits are also a bit heavy on the shots (she gets several), and testing (both blood and fecal tests *every* year). We thought this was normal until we consulted with friends who told us that their vet gives their cats fewer shots and does not require blood and fecal tests for a perfectly healthy-looking cat. Next time we're going to a different vet.
