Review content:
Tried this vet when I relocated to Ann Arbor based on a friend's positive experience there. Wish I could say the same. Very expensive (over $300 for simple lab work and vaccines), the vet tech was inexperienced and kept trying to suggestively sell tests, she made my cat more nervous and stressed out. The vet I saw turned out to be a relief vet, so when they called with results, it was a different person so we had to start from square one which was frustrating. At my previous vet, a similar visit would run about $180, and they were much more skilled at handling my nervous kitty. Do not even want to follow-up there.
Pros: I believe they have comprehensive medical services available, boarding and grooming
Cons: Expensive, continual suggestive selling, not adept at working with my nervous cat. Rotating vets so no continuity which would have been ok but no one told me about it.
