Although they have nice facilities, I was not impressed by the customer service at VCA Woodland. The veterinarian (I can't remember which one) spoke to us like we couldn't understand basic english. When we couldnt get an appointment, they told us just to drop him off and they'd squeeze him in -- yet failed to inform us of the boarding charge that we'd incur. Although it makes sense -- I would have waited for an actual appointment if I had known I'd be charged 15 bucks for them to throw him in a cage for the day.\r

The staff doesnt communicate well -- I end up having to re-tell my story to 3 different people. I always feel like they're selling to you there, regardless of whether or not your pet needs what they're offering. \r

Overall, I'm sure their care is fine (they misdiagnosed my cat, and had us pay 40 dollars for antibiotics that were unneccesary -- but that could have been a fluke), but customer service did not impress me, and I hate going to a vet that I feel cares more about m
