Very disappointed with this business. I have been taking my two dogs for a year and had a good experience. A few days ago I dropped my dogs off for daycare and when they were picked up my wife found a large puncture wound on the underside of one of the dogs. The management of the facility told us they don't know how it happened or which dog did it. I understand that this can happen with dogs but the attitude and response that the management took with us when trying to remedy the issue was disappointing and unprofessional. My dog has just had surgery to drain the infected abscess from the bite. It was a very large bill and when colonial k9 management was contacted they told us we paid too much and offered nothing, not even to refund the day care charge. T g e ownership and management respond in an unprofessional manner and I don't recommend this business to anyone. When you drop your dogs off for daycare you are under the assumption they will be supervised, otherwise why take them to day care. Stay away from this kennel.\r
