I think that your staff is not very knowledgeable of prices before the service is preformed. As a senior on a fixed income your price to close our house for the winter was 2 times what we have paid in the pass. We would not have used your company if we had know it was $400.00 - 5%. Your person didn't do as much as we have had done before. He didn't do my refrigerator and dishwasher or washer. I did them.
