I had no idea what company I should use when a problem with my fireplace arose.
I wanted to have it repaired before Christmas, so I started calling some of the "big" names that came to mind. I called 3 or 4 companies, all replying that they couldn't get to me for weeks. I happened to find HVAC Utah reviews online and noticed they were all very good, but I was a bit hesitant when I called and they said they could get a tech to me before Christmas. Dustin came promptly and was very thorough; he checked everything and I felt very confident in him personally and professionally. He ended up having to order a special OEM part because my fireplace is older. He was honest and conservative in his approach, checking from top to bottom before he had to dig into possible valve issues.
I was hoping Dustin would be doing the repair and install on the return visit because I valued his service. I know people pretty well, and I perceive Dustin to be a straight shooter, honest and a good man. If we have future repair or replacement needs I would request Dustin and HVAC Utah to do the work. Thanks guys!!
