I have been to Clarkson Eye care at Harvester in Saint Charles. As some one wearing glasses for over 20 years this was the worst service I received. They should change their name to Clarkson eye Business because they are sitting there just to make money out of your misfortune. Insurance fraud, wrong prescription, missing frames and it took them more than 3 months to provide an order of single vision glasses.how great is that. Any body going there should check with your insurance to make sure what is covered,because the lady there is a pretty good in misleading and make you believe that she is giving you the best deal. She gets upsets quite fast if you ask her any questions about coverage.t But hey are very prompt in billing you on the spot. I am grabbing my purse and running fast from this horrible eye business..Enough is enough.
