Review content:
I recently went to Scott Robinson Honda (SRH) to look at purchasing a Honda Civic, so usual, I got myself fully mentally prepared to do battle with the salesman. But times have changed, as my wife and I were amazed at how easy it was to purchase a car at SRH.\r We were greeted nicely by Tony Kim as we entered the showroom, (not hawked as we walked onto the lot). We told him what car we were interested in and he showed us that actual car (not the car the dealer wanted off the lot). We told him what price we were willing to pay, and I can say as a sales manager myself, even the negotiations were simple and no pressure! They even rushed our paperwork so my wife and I could make our dinner reservations.\r \r Thank you Tony, Mr. Carlson, and SRH for the best car buying experience I have had in my 50 years on the planet.\r \r John W.
