Review content:
For an apt complex that was built in the 1970s its in good shape. I chose this apt complex cause it was the only one at the time that allowed pets. I have had no problem with noise. The office staff is always nice and easy to talk to. When there is a needed repair, 9 times out 10, the maintenance men are there the same day. They are always polite. When my refrigerator leaked they replaced it. The apt was clean and many things were new when I moved in. \r
They are located across the street from 3 clubs (Memories, Roper's, and Remington's Hunt Club), a bowling ally and Antonelli College. They lock the back gate on the weekends and provide security at the front gate. There are also several cops that live on site. They also spray once a month.\r
My only problems with this apt is that the a/c doesn?t cool the upstairs very well. We had to get a window unit. The front and back doors are a little off. It makes it a little difficult to lock the doors. (Just some adjusting will do) You can feel
