I think the thing that stands out to me the most about the people of AmeriSpec Inspection Services is that they are very professional and thorough. We had them do a pre-inspection on the the house we were selling as well as an inspection on the house we were buying. We had two different guys but both of them were very thorough and they did a good job. When they were done doing the inspection they went over everything with us which I really appreciated. They even gave suggestions for the little things that we could fix ourselves which was cool. I would definitely recommend them because of the quality of their work and the fact that the quality does not vary from employee to employee.
