AmeriSpec Inspection Services were referred to me by my realtor. I was able to do a walk through with the inspector who was on time for the appointment. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. The entire process was painless. He made sure that everything were what they were supposed to be. After the appointment he provided me with a binder that enclosed a full report of the home inspection prior to purchasing. I would recommend this company.
