My kitten became very ill in the evening. I called his office and was given a price for an after hours visit but when I went in I was told I would have to pay extra to be seen immediately. The vet had his back to me filling out paperwork, it wasn't like he was attending to another animal. I was crying and begging for help and he walked away. The kitten died in my hands and no one there cared.
