Shawn and Travis replaced a 14-year-old water heater that had, despite a retention container leaked into the house as well as outside. Shawn noted that the gasket on the retention container had been installed backwards allowing some water to leak inside and stain the baseboard. He also gave his honest opinion and understandable explanation about better pipe insulation that I will not waste $$$ buying and installing now.
Both Shawn and Travis responded when expected, performed their work knowlegably and quickly. This is the second time I have used Ben Franklin for urgent plumbing issues. Wife particularly appreciated their wearing floor protectors and clean work clothes. Rate 5 out of 5 stars.
