My experience with Roadrunner was excellent. I needed them to come over because I had a couple of things that needed to be fixed, so they assessed the situation and gave an estimate on one heating system in terms of removing it. Then the tech, Scott, who was just great all the way around, fixed the AC/heat in the studio and went above and beyond in repairing the central unit. He was super, super pleasant with an excellent experience all the way around.
We have several other projects involving heating and cooling and we will 100 percent be calling Roadrunner again. They are the most reasonably priced and super fast in terms of coming over and assessing and dealing with problems. Scott is just the most pleasant and the nicest guy who went above and beyond to do all the work; he stayed late past the projected time--about 2 hours longer than anticipated--to get the job done. He gave really exemplary service.
