Review content:
We had been told by another plumber that we likely would need at least one $1500 part for our furnace and should avoid the risk by buying an entire new furnace. So I got a second opinion by calling Pro Plumbing Services. Since this is our first home that we own and we still didn't understand our double reverse osmosis system drinking water, Amy and Patty suggested and booked Chris as our technician. During the inspection, Chris was friendly and explained things regarding a the furnace, even called the manufacturer to ensure the levels he was checking were in the correct zone. Chris assured me that the furnace which was a reputable brand and model year had at least 3 years of life still in it. Recall that he could have made a lot more money if he suggested a big ticket item like a new furnace! A far as why one of us is always cold, Chris explained after looking at our vents, that we simply needed to have the air ducts cleaned. Again, this company would not make any money off this service. Finally, Chris also showed me the filters I needed for the water system - and the one nobody ever mentioned until then was in the refrigerator itself. I feel like Chris and Pro Plumbing talked me off a ledge.
