Review content:
Allen took us on an amazing tour of DFW's Christmas Lights. The limousine was clean and in good repair, which isn't always true for other companies.
Allen had us back in time, instead of acting like he was lost or pretending like that he was stuck in traffic, so that we would have to pay more money. (I've ridden with several other companies who do things like that to extend their fee.)
I had 10 children with me and he made it a very enjoyable experience. They didn't phase him at all. He even stopped for us to purchase cupcakes and cocoa from a vendor.
Billy made the reservation process smooth, even though I was using a coupon. Some companies try to give you a hard time if you use coupons, but Billy did not.
We will definitely be using Federal Limo again.
