In dealing with this company, I had signed on for a 6 mo delivery plan with a 2 yr service contract. What your sales rep won't tell you is that that 2nd "free" year is ONLY if you continue to receive oil deliveries from them. They will charge MUCH HIGHER than market rate for the second year fuel delivery contract and apparently you, the customer, are expected to chase them down in order to get information for a new contract. DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICE.
