A few years ago Hawthorne replaced my entire Heating and Cooling system, the service was exceptional, the techs are professional and pleasant, I also purchase yearly their maintenance package and I never have to worry, or remember to have it checked, Hawthorne calls me and to schedule an appointment to make sure all is working 100%. I have recommended Hawthorne to several of my friends and family all are equally pleased with the service, and level of professionalism.
