Jake, the tech from Hawthorne Plumbing Heating & Cooling, was very helpful and informative. He did a whole hot-water heater flush and explained certain parts of the system, in terms of different things that could go wrong in the future and what we need to be aware of. And, their response was very, very quick: we called, they answered, and that was that.
We responded to a postcard they mailed out and it was nice, as we got a discount because we are seniors. We also bought a one-year service contract after paying for the heater flush because we were pleased with their work and responsiveness. The price for the one-year service contract was reasonable, and Hawthorne Plumbing Heating was great. We will definitely use them in the future.
