Hawthorne was able to help me out when the new homeowner in the home I'd just sold her backed up from the laundry room all the way back to the kitchen sink. I'd had this happen to me 10 years prior and I knew what a catastrophe it felt like till the problem was cleared.
Hawthorne was able to respond the next morning and was able to clear the problem that one day.
