The appt. was made on Monday for a Wednesday appointment between 8-10 AM. A promise was made that a call would be provided to give a heads-up when Jake was on his way. At 9:50 AM there was still no call, so I called and spoke with Patricia to ask when Jake would be arriving. She didn't know and had to have someone call me back. A short while later I got a call from Jenny who told me that Jake had an emergency call and was running late, that he would be picking up a part and then come to the appointment. It was then about 10:15 AM. Jake arrived at 11:15 AM for the 8-10 AM appointment. My complaint is that I should have received a call before I called at 9:50 AM to give me a heads-up of a late arrival, with a new time frame, and then another call when Jake was on his way. It appears that there was no communication and coordination between dispatch and Jake, which caused my wife and I an inconvenient morning waiting without knowing of the delay until I took the initiative to make the initial call.
