Review content:
CertaPro Painters of Louisville paint job was excellent was done in a timely manner. We had a 10 day deadline to get out of our old house and into the new one. The trick was that we needed the entire inside painted before move in. I called up CertaPro and the guy gave me a quote saying he'd be able to complete the job within 3 days. We needed to move in quickly and they got us in there. The workers were great: cleaned up their mess and did a great job of getting in and out. There were a couple places on the rug that got stained, but they had no problems cleaning it.
I have to say I didn't like the brashness of the guy that came out. I think he was just trying to do his job as an advisor, but I already knew what I wanted. So it came across as him trying to tell me what I wanted when I already knew. But outside of that experience he was a really nice guy.
In retrospect, if i had a month to move in, I probably would've used another service. CertaPro ended up being about 25% higher. My sister referred me to them because she'd used them in the past for her business and they were able to complete the job in a short time frame. It's just that their prices are so steep. For the outside of my house, the guy quoted me $8500 while for the same exact job a local painter only wanted to charge me $5500. The kicker was that he'd take double the time to do the job.
I probably wouldn't use them again just based off the prices they charge (service was great). I'd recommend them to friends while also warning them to get their pocketbooks ready!
