Businiess name:  The Greenbriar Inn

Review content:
My wife and I have gone to Greenbriar Inn on several occasions to celebrate special events or when certain company visit. This time two friends spent a couple days with us and they requested that we return to Greenbriar because they enjoyed it so much on a previous visit. We went on a Sunday night when it was very quiet; a good environment for conversation. All four of us were very pleased with our meals (lamb sirloin, chicken paillard, duck breast and salmon). The presentations were beautiful and the taste lived up to the presentations. I especially appreciate the fact that, unlike so many places in Boulder, Greenbriar always offers a good selection of reasonably-priced wines. In this case, we started with Amayna Sauvignon Blanc - which everyone liked a lot - and then moved to a nice Torres Rioja. Our waiter (Brit) was most friendly, attentive and responsive to all of our requests. And the ambiance at the Greenbriar is among the best in the county. All-in-all, we totally enjoyed our meal and highly recommend Greenbriar to anyone wanting to enjoy a fine meal in a special setting.
