Randy Stegmann has been my agent since 1986. I've since moved away from Wentzville, but have never changed my agent. This is a direct result of the service Randy and his assistant, Sandy, have given me through the years.
I've had several claims in the past 17 years and have never had a problem receiving prompt payments. While other insurance providers might be a little cheaper, their service and claim handling will not come close to comparing with State Farm.
If you're in the market for an agent in St. Charles County, Randy is the guy to speak with.
