As I always stated, since going to these guys at LexTech, they are the REAL DEAL! You can REALLY tell that your car has been corrected and everything promised was done. They always bring an in depth servicing chart of what they noticed was in Immediate attention and things to look for down the road. They can give it to you on a per miles basis, or specific date. The Icing on the cake for me was, that when my Lexus broke down, and I had it towed on that day to them, they stated that they had no loaners and that they were not going to be able to get to my car on that Friday, until Tuesday of the next week. So I got a rental, with the LexTech Discount, kept it over the weekend, and by Monday Lextechs was calling me to let me know, Mr. Hubbard we have a loaner back in and you can come and exchange your rental for the loaner to get the daily rental charge off of you! I came and made the swap on that Monday. Last, is that again they were not able to get to my car until Tuesday now.....................they were calling me Weds. Evening telling me that ALL the work was Done and I can come get it Thursday! Tire Rods, Oil Gaskets, Spark Plug/Coil change, All 3 Motor Mounts, etc. I had a lot of work done, and Lextech just KNOCKED it out like it was NOTHING!! LOL!! Small take away, LexTechs don't do alignments, and if you ever have them to do your tire rods, it will better to have them do BOTH. Because when you go to get it aligned, even though 1 may be better and descent, the shop doing the alignment will advise that you should get both done to save on money from having to do the alignment again when the other Rod goes out. I have lifetime alignment service on my car so this was no Biggie for me. Mar"Q"uez Hubbard
