Review content:
Upon filling out the initial application online, I was immediately contacted by the Director of Operations, Phil. He was aggressive in wanting to get the process rolling and called several times. At his request, I completed the 'Verify my Insurance' information and submitted it online. Never heard back from Phil.\r \r I called Phil's confidential cell phone 4 times over the course of two weeks and always left detailed messages. Phil never returned my calls. Finally called the main number and spoke to Chance Love, one of the counselors. When I explained my situation, he said that they were considered out-of-network for my insurance so costs would not be covered. When I asked why none of my calls were returned Chance said that it was most likely because they knew we would not become clients of theirs. Really???!\r \r Bottom line: They will discriminate against you from the start and, from what other reviewers say, they are geared towards making money, NOT helping people. Obviously, integrity is lacking.
