My daughter had been a patient there for two years (2006-2007). Our last office visit was one of the worst experiences of my life and we left the practice after that. \r

During the visit, the pediatrician was nice, but the nurse who was giving her immunization shots was awful. The nurse walked in without a shred of smile and was already clearly impatient even before we got started. She got someone to hold my daughter really tight and started - literally - throwing shots on her (one on each arms and legs). I requested several times beforehand for her to use shot-blockers, and she agreed to it, but she didn't use them. My daughter still couldn't get over the fact that the nurse lied to her. Throughout the whole process, the nurse didn't show a shred of empathy towards my daughter. Obviously she just wanted to get it over with.
