I was a student at the Bikram's in Bellevue, and I loved it.The teachers are patient, kind and respectful, and there to help you-with your posing should you have a hard time like myself.\r

They will explain to you why Yoga can be (or is) the best work out there is for us, and it makes sense.\r

I leave feeling refreshed, and with more energy.You can drop in, or you can pay for a weekly session up front.Thumbs up for Bikrams Hot Yoga in Bellevue.
