Yes! This is a perfect example of why I shop local and support local business! They seem to have a small office staff... every time I called it was the same 3 or 4 people who answered and all of them offered to help me even if it wasn't my rep speaking. I received a call from the owner himself and the office manager even reached out to me before I booked my move from Plantation to Ocala. These little things get lost when you shop at chain companies. Superior Moving made a great effort and made me feel like an important customer and not just a name. Thank you again for everything!
